beautiful gardensattentive staffsoft sofa
i found the gardens to be beautiful with great care apparent in its maintenance. the staff was very attentive, they were always keen to assist me.
the sofa bed needs some improvements as it was soft. the resort feel was something i did not enjoy much, sun loungers were covered with towels even before breakfast, which i found inconvenient.

the resort's isolation made exploring the island challenging. a taxi was needed to reach attractions. this impacted our ability to spontaneously experience the local culture.

air conditioning leakawkward socket
the room air conditioning leaked water. our shoes were soaked. the electrical socket near the bed did not function correctly. it only worked when other lights were on. this was inconvenient, and the reception was aware of it (they acknowledged the problem).

the hotel had excellent facilities. the private beach was really convenient. the two pools offer some choice. there was one pool just for adults. the food tasted excellent.
the facilities seem dated. the staff seemed pleasant. but, i noticed they were not very well trained. i waited fifteen minutes for my airport transfer.

faulty shower headweak coffee
the bathroom fixtures seemed old and tired. the shower head sprayed water everywhere, except where it should, and the sink drained slowly. it was like a cheap fix would make a big difference. the breakfast buffet was okay, but the coffee tasted weak. i saw several guests leave their cups half-full, a disappointing start to the day.
